Menkind's weekly support includes

 

Youth groups (DAYS)

These sessions provide a safe space to connect with peers, learn coping skills, and participate in fun activities that promote mental well-being. Activities may include games, group discussions, creative workshops, and more!

 

Focus groups and workshops

Each one is led by our qualified professionals and create a space for learning, sharing experiences, and building supportive networks.

 

Sports matches

We arrange regular cricket and football matches, allowing attendees to get active while building teamwork and camaraderie.

 

Kid's fitness and self-defence

These programs offer a fun and safe environment to learn valuable self-defence techniques and improve overall fitness.
